Price Tiers Overview

Price tiers are basically discount rates that you can set on a per organisation basis. So lets say you have the following discount structure:

• Tier 1 = 10%
  

• Tier 2 = 20%
  

• Tier 3 = 30%
  

• and so on
  

To add price tiers, click on the + Add Price Tier button.

To give a customer (organisation) the same discount each time they order from you simply view that organisation's page, click on the pencil icon to edit and set them to the relevant price tier.

Whenever that organisation buys from you they will receive that tier discount off every product.

The only time the tier discount would not be applied is on a product that has the "Special discount applies" option set.
